Founding Creator rewards and prize draw rules

Who can enter

Open to legal residents of any country where the Apple App Store is available, who are 18 or older at the time of entry, except the countries and regions listed below. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Excluded: Belgium, Indonesia, Italy, South Korea, Turkey, the province of Quebec in Canada, and any country or region subject to United States sanctions, currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. These are places where a promotion of this kind is prohibited, requires a government licence, or cannot lawfully be fulfilled from the United States.

We may add a country to the excluded list if we learn that running or fulfilling the promotion there would break local law. If that happens before the draw, affected entries are void and the entrant will be told by email.

Employees of Revival LLC, their immediate families and anyone living in the same household are not eligible.

When it runs

The promotion starts at [START DATE AND TIME, TIME ZONE] and ends at [END DATE AND TIME, TIME ZONE]. Entries received outside that window are void.

How to earn entries

Each person who subscribes using your referral link, and whose subscription is still active at the end of the promotion, counts as one referral.

Three referrals earns one entry into the prize draw. Posting a public reel or short video about PopScript on TikTok or Instagram from an account with at least [MINIMUM FOLLOWERS] followers also earns one entry, once the post has been submitted to us and verified.

Referrals that we believe to be fraudulent, including self-referrals, duplicate accounts or subscriptions cancelled immediately after signup, will be removed and may disqualify you entirely. We decide this at our discretion and our decision is final.

The prize

Two winners will each receive one pair of Apple AirPods Pro 3 with an approximate retail value of $[VALUE] USD. Total prize value is $[TOTAL] USD, and will not exceed $4,999 USD.

AirPods is a trademark of Apple Inc. Apple is not a sponsor of this promotion, has not endorsed it, and is in no way associated with it. No brand named here is involved in running it.

Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is offered. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

How winners are chosen

Winners will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries on or around [DRAW DATE]. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.

Winners will be notified by email within [NUMBER] days of the draw and must respond within [NUMBER] days. If a winner does not respond, we may select an alternate winner.

Referral rewards, separately from the draw

Referral rewards are not part of the prize draw and are not a game of chance. They are earned by meeting the stated thresholds.

Thresholds stack. Reaching a higher threshold also earns every reward listed below it.

Rewards that reduce your subscription cost are applied to your next invoice and require an active, paid subscription at the time the reward is applied. If your subscription has lapsed there is no invoice to apply the reward to.

The top ten and top twenty placings are determined by verified referral count at the end of the promotion. Ties are broken by whoever reached that count first.

The lifetime Pro reward covers the Pro plan for as long as the account remains in good standing and PopScript continues to operate. It is personal to you and cannot be transferred or sold.

Who is running this

This promotion is run by Revival LLC d/b/a PopScript, 502 South Wells Avenue, Reno, NV 89502, United States.

It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Apple, TikTok, Instagram, Meta or Discord. Any questions about the promotion should come to us, not to them.

Other things we have to say

We may change or end this promotion at any time if it cannot run as planned, including because of fraud, technical failure or anything else outside our control.

By entering you agree to these rules and to our decisions, which are final. Winners may be asked to confirm eligibility before a prize is released.

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not publish your name without asking you first.

No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the prize draw. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

To enter without subscribing, send an email to hello@popscript.app with the subject "Free entry" and include your full name, email address and postal address. One entry per person per day. Entries received by post or email are treated identically to entries earned through referrals.
